  • Provide access to educational content and coaching tools
  • Enable productivity tracking, benchmarking, and goal-setting tools

4. User Content and Community Features

Content submitted through community features may be visible to other users of the Platform and may be displayed within networking groups, benchmarking features, or other collaborative environments. Users should exercise caution when sharing personal or professional information in publicly visible areas of the Platform.

You should not include sensitive personal information such as financial account numbers, Social Security numbers, or other confidential data in publicly visible content.

As described in our Terms of Service, by submitting content you grant MyAgentNavigator a license to use, reproduce, distribute, display, modify, and create derivative works from that content for purposes of operating, improving, marketing, and promoting the Platform and its services.

MyAgentNavigator may retain user-generated content after account termination when necessary to maintain the integrity of community discussions, analytics data, or Platform functionality, or as otherwise permitted by applicable law. Users may request removal of specific content by contacting us, and we will review such requests in accordance with applicable law and our internal policies.


5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

MyAgentNavigator uses cookies, web beacons, pixel tags, and similar tracking technologies to operate and improve the Platform.

These technologies allow us to:

  • remember user preferences and settings
  • authenticate users and maintain session security
  • analyze how users interact with the Platform
  • measure engagement with educational tools and platform features
  • improve user experience and platform performance
  • deliver relevant communications and content

Where required by applicable law, we honor browser-based Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as an opt-out of the sale or sharing of personal information for targeted advertising.

6. Data Retention

MyAgentNavigator retains personal information for as long as necessary to provide Platform services, fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, and comply with applicable legal obligations.

Typical retention periods include:

  • account information retained for the duration of your active account plus three (3) years after account closure
  • communications or messages retained for up to seven (7) years where necessary for legal compliance or dispute resolution
  • payment-related records retained for up to seven (7) years in accordance with applicable financial regulations
  • analytics or aggregated data retained in de-identified form for internal research and reporting purposes

Upon termination of your account, you may request retrieval or export of your personal data within thirty (30) days of termination in accordance with our support procedures.

After this period, we may delete, anonymize, or securely archive your personal information within a commercially reasonable timeframe, not to exceed one hundred eighty (180) days, except where retention is required by law or necessary for legitimate business purposes such as fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or enforcement of our Terms of Service.

Data stored in system backups will be deleted in accordance with our normal backup rotation schedule, which does not exceed one hundred eighty (180) days.

MyAgentNavigator implements administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information.

However, no system can guarantee absolute security.

Users are responsible for protecting their account credentials.

MyAgentNavigator does not sell personal data as defined under the Colorado Privacy Act and does not engage in profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects concerning users.

We will respond to verified requests within forty-five (45) days, with a possible extension of an additional forty-five (45) days when reasonably necessary.

If we deny your request, you may appeal the decision by contacting us using the information provided in Section 12.

8.2 California Residents — CCPA / CPRA

If you are a California resident, you may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA).

  • request deletion of your account by contacting us
  • opt out of marketing communications by clicking the unsubscribe link in marketing emails

Certain features of the Platform may allow users to track productivity metrics, professional goals, or activity data. Such data is based on information entered or generated through Platform interactions and may not represent complete or verified professional performance metrics.


12. Changes to This Privacy Policy

MyAgentNavigator may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, applicable law, or Platform features.

Any updates to this Privacy Policy will become effective upon posting on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after the posting of an updated Privacy Policy constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.

  • email notification to registered users
